These Terms govern your participation in Maine State Roleplay ("Maine SRP", "MSRP", "we", "us") and your use of erlcglobal.com/maine, the verification flow at /maine/verify, and the Maine SRP Discord community. Maine SRP is owned by UhFidler International and operated as part of the ERLC Global network.
By joining the Maine SRP Discord, running the verification flow, or otherwise participating, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not join the community.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by Discord and Roblox in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You must hold a valid Discord account and a valid Roblox account.
- You must not be currently banned from the ERLC Global network, the broader ER:LC community, or restricted by Discord or Roblox in a way that would prevent you from complying with these Terms.
2. Verification and accounts
Most participation in Maine SRP requires linking your Discord and Roblox accounts through the verification flow at /maine/verify. When you complete that flow you confirm that:
- The Discord account you authorize is yours and is the account you intend to use for Maine SRP.
- The Roblox account you authorize is yours and is the account you intend to use for Maine SRP.
- You are not verifying on behalf of another person.
You may verify only one Discord account per Roblox account. If the verification system detects an additional Discord linked to the same Roblox account, that additional Discord will be flagged as an alt and will be subject to alt-account restrictions.
3. Code of conduct
Your conduct inside Maine SRP is governed by the Community Rules and Guidelines. Those rules are part of these Terms and have the same force as anything written here. In short:
- Treat other members with respect
- Keep personal drama out of public channels
- No NSFW content, no impersonation, no hate speech
- No spam, no unauthorized advertising
- Do not use alt accounts to evade consequences
- Do not share staff-only or confidential information outside the community

4. Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Use Maine SRP, the verification system, or the website for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or intended to harm another member.
- Attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with the verification database, the moderation database, or any other backend system.
- Reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass any security control on the verification flow or its underlying infrastructure.
- Impersonate staff, owners, or other members.
- Use Maine SRP's branding, mark, or content to suggest endorsement by Roblox Corporation, Police Roleplay Community, or Discord, Inc.
- Operate a competing community, server, or service under a name designed to confuse members about whether it is part of Maine SRP.
5. Moderation
Maine SRP staff may, at their discretion, take any of the following actions in response to violations of these Terms or the community rules: warning, timeout, mute, kick, temporary ban, permanent ban, alt flag, or blacklist from the community. The severity and duration of any action are determined by staff based on the facts at hand and prior history.
If you believe a moderation action against you was unfair, you may appeal by opening a /ticket in the Maine SRP Discord. Do not argue with staff in public channels; that itself is a violation.
6. Service availability
Maine SRP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Discord server, the website, the verification flow, or any related service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. The verification flow in particular depends on Discord, Roblox, Cloudflare, and Supabase; outages in any of those upstreams will affect us.
7. Termination
We may terminate or restrict your access to Maine SRP at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, the community rules, or the rights or safety of other members. You may leave Maine SRP at any time by leaving the Discord server. You may request deletion of your verification record as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The Maine SRP name, mark, and original written materials are owned by UhFidler International. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written permission. Content you contribute to the Discord (messages, suggestions, custom emoji you upload, art you post) remains yours; you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and retain it as part of operating the community.
"Emergency Response: Liberty County" is a product of Police Roleplay Community. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. "Discord" is a trademark of Discord, Inc. Maine SRP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
9. Disclaimers
Maine SRP makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the community, the website, the verification flow, or any content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UhFidler International, Maine SRP, ERLC Global, and the staff and volunteers operating the community will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or reputation, arising out of or related to your use of the community, the website, or the verification flow.
If a court of competent jurisdiction finds that this limitation is unenforceable for a particular claim, our total liability for that claim is capped at zero, because Maine SRP charges no fees and provides the community at no cost.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Maine SRP Discord. Your continued participation after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
