Terms of Service — Roleplay Central Network (RCN)

These terms govern your participation in Roleplay Central Network ("RCN", "we", "us"), a network of Roblox roleplay Discord servers operating under shared moderation and a unified verification system.

By joining any RCN-affiliated Discord server, completing verification, or otherwise participating in the network, you accept these terms.

1. Acceptance

These terms apply to every member, contributor, and visitor of any RCN-affiliated server. They apply in addition to Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and Roblox's own Terms of Use. If anything in these terms conflicts with Discord or Roblox terms, Discord and Roblox terms control.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not participate in the network.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to participate, as required by both Discord and Roblox.

3. Verification

Full access to RCN servers requires linking your Discord account to a Roblox account through our official verification panel.

Verification is one-time. You may not re-verify under a different Roblox account. If you have a legitimate reason to relink (for example, you have permanently lost access to the original Roblox account), open a /ticket and an RCN staff member will review.
When the same Roblox account is linked to multiple Discord accounts, the subsequent Discord accounts are marked as alts and may have restricted access to sensitive channels.
Attempting to circumvent verification, alt detection, or moderation is grounds for removal.

4. Code of conduct

Each RCN server publishes its own rules. Common standards across the network include:

No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or content sexualizing minors
No raids, mass-pings, or coordinated disruption
No advertising or solicitation without staff approval
No bypassing punishments (including alt-account use to evade bans)
Follow each server's roleplay-specific rules
Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times
Follow Roblox's Terms of Use when participating in network roleplay sessions

Breaking these rules may result in warnings, timeouts, kicks, bans, network-wide blacklists, or permanent network-wide bans.

5. Network-wide enforcement

RCN operates as a coordinated network:

A moderation action (warn, timeout, kick, ban) issued in one server applies only in that server.
A global ban issued by RCN Security Team applies in every RCN-affiliated server simultaneously.
A global blacklist restricts your access in the main server and removes you from sub-servers, with your prior roles preserved for restoration if the blacklist is later revoked.
Global bans and blacklists can include known alt accounts of the targeted user.

Decisions are made by trained staff and may be appealed via /ticket.

6. Sessions and sub-servers

The RCN network supports a session-bridging system where registered sub-servers can announce in-game roleplay sessions to the main RCN server. Hosts of these sessions are responsible for the conduct of participants in their session. Participating in any session is at your own risk.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy at /rcn/privacy. Participating in the network constitutes acceptance of that policy.

8. Service availability

RCN is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of moderation records, or continuous availability of any feature. Bot outages, Discord outages, and Roblox outages may interrupt service from time to time.

9. Termination

We may remove your access to all or part of the network for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these terms
Violation of Discord or Roblox terms
Conduct we judge harmful to the community or its members
Attempts to abuse, exploit, or compromise our systems

You may leave the network at any time by leaving the affiliated servers. Your verification record persists by default; submit a /ticket to request deletion.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RCN, its staff, and its volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the network.

11. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the main RCN server. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
